The planks available for recording were within the range of 10.25 – 13.75 inches (26.04 – 34.93 cm) in width and averaged about 12 inches. The planks varied in thickness only slightly and averaged 2.75 inches. Botanical analysis of several samples all proved to be, like the frames, Quercus sp. or white oak.
