Cannon 19 is a cast iron 1-pounder 4 feet in length from base ring to muzzle. The reinforces are distinct and the cascabel is somewhat flat, compared to the other recovered guns. The conical trunnion are cast low on the reinforce, anchored into solid metal beneath the bore.

The master founder's mark "IEC" is embossed on the face of the right trunnion indicating that the gun was produced at the Ehrendal foundry in Sweden. Cannon 19 has a "713" embossed on the face of the left trunnion indicating 1713 as the casting date.
